A dry run, before anything moves
We read everything and show you how your stages, fields and owners will map. Nothing is written yet.

You sign off the plan
You check the mapping and tell us anything to leave out. We only move what you approved.

The move
Every record goes across with its history. Running the move a second time adds nothing, so there are never duplicates.

Forms rewired, automations rebuilt
Each lead source gets a live test lead. Each automation is rebuilt and switched on.
- Day 7
Handover, and your keys back
You get the reconciliation report. We delete your key, our copies and our access, and the report lists each with the time.

How we handle your data
We never ask for your password. For Podio, you invite our mover account into your workspace. For GoHighLevel, you create a read-only key in your settings and drop it in our sealed box, which locks it in your browser before it reaches us.
Your data is used for one thing: your move. We copy it, check it, and deliver it to your new system or as files. We never sell it, share it, or use it to contact your leads.
When we hand over, we delete your key, every copy of your data on our side, and our access to your workspace. Your final report lists each deletion with the time it happened. If a move stops for any reason, everything is deleted automatically after 30 days.

Questions owners ask
Will my team lose a day of work?
No. You keep working in your old system until the new one is loaded, checked and approved by you. The switch happens at handover.
What if the numbers do not match?
We find out why before we hand over. Every difference in your report has a reason next to it, like a record you asked us to leave out.
Can you move my phone numbers?
Yes, as an add-on. Calls keep working the whole time. Texting needs a new carrier registration first, which can take a few weeks, and we handle the paperwork.
What if I am not moving to OfferDesk?
We deliver clean files, one per type of record, ready for any tool, plus a list of every form, webhook and automation you will need to set up there.
