The short version
Moving Day is a service by Barakat Labs that moves your CRM data to a new home. We use your data for one thing: your move. We never ask for your password, we never sell or share your data, we never contact your leads, and we delete everything at handover, or after 30 days if a move stops for any reason.
When you ask for a price
The booking form sends us your name, email, optional phone, where your data lives, where it should go, your rough record count, the options you pick and any notes. It goes to our own business system and is used only to reply, price your move and run it. This website itself stores nothing.
When you hand us access
- Podio. You invite our mover account into your workspace. You can see it there and remove it at any time.
- GoHighLevel. You create a read-only key in your own settings and paste it into our sealed drop box. Your browser locks it with our public key before it is sent, so it travels and is stored only in locked form. Only the machine that runs your move can unlock it.
- Call history files. Uploaded through the same sealed drop box and locked the same way.
During the move
We copy your records, check them, and deliver them to your new system or as files. Working copies stay on our side only for the length of your move. We never use your data to train software, to market to your leads, or for any other customer.
When we delete
At handover we delete your key, every copy of your data on our side, and our access to your workspace. Your reconciliation report lists each deletion with the time it happened. If a move stops for any reason, everything is deleted automatically after 30 days. We keep only what we need for accounting, such as your name, email and what you paid.
No tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs, such as the page requested and your IP address, for security and reliability. The companies that help us run Moving Day are listed on our subprocessors page.
Payments
Deposits and balances are paid through Gumroad, which processes the payment and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@barakatlabs.com. For anything about the safety of your data, write to security@barakatlabs.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
