What we do

Moving Day, a service by Barakat Labs, moves your data off Podio, GoHighLevel or a dialer's call history files into an OfferDesk workspace or into clean files for another tool. A move includes the data, a reconciliation report, up to 10 forms or webhooks rewired and up to 10 automations rebuilt. Moves into clean files include the data, the report and a written list of the forms, webhooks and automations to set up yourself.

Price

Your price is fixed by your record count, where a record is a lead, contact or deal. Notes, tasks, logs and call history come along at no extra cost. If the count we find when we read your data puts your move in a higher band, we tell you before anything is moved and you can stop at that point. Extra forms, webhooks or automations beyond the included 10 each are priced per item and agreed before we do them.

Paying

• Deposit. Half the price books your week and is paid through Gumroad.
• Balance. The other half is due at handover, after you have received your reconciliation report.
• If you stop before we move anything. If you decide not to go ahead after the dry run and before we write any records, we refund the deposit minus the work already done, which we tell you in writing first.

Timing

A standard move takes one week and a rush move takes 48 hours, counted from when we have both your deposit and working access. Delays on your side, such as late access or a late sign-off, move the dates by the same amount.

Your part

You give us access you control (an invite or a read-only key), sign off the mapping before we move anything, and keep working in your old system until handover. You confirm you have the right to move the data you give us.

Phone numbers

Moving phone numbers is an add-on. Calls keep working throughout. Texting needs a new carrier registration in your business name before numbers move, and carriers set that timeline, which can take several weeks. Carrier and registry fees are passed through at cost. We cannot promise a carrier's approval or its timing.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise a count of every object before and after, with a reason for every difference, before handover. We do not promise any business result from your move. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a move is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes and contact
