How access works
- You create a read-only key in GoHighLevel and drop it into our sealed drop box, where it is locked in your browser before it is sent.
- Only our mover opens it, and it is destroyed at handover with the time printed in your report.
- For the rebuild, you also add movers@barakatlabs.com to your team; your report reminds you to remove it at handover.
- You can switch the key off at any moment from your own settings.
Every record counted, before and after
Your move ends with a reconciliation report: each object counted before and after, and a named reason for every difference. Then we hand the keys back and delete our copies, with the time of each deletion in the report.
Questions
Can my phone numbers come too?
Yes, as a separate phone move. We register your new texting brand first, then port the numbers. Calls keep working throughout; texting can pause while carriers approve.
How do I know nothing was lost?
Every move ends with a reconciliation report: each object counted before and after, and a named reason for every difference, such as a test record you asked us to leave out.
Where can the data go?
Into an OfferDesk workspace, with forms rewired and automations rebuilt, or into clean CSV files, one per object, for any tool you choose. The price is the same either way.
How long does it take?
One week as standard, or 48 hours on rush. The clock starts once the deposit is paid and we have working access.
