Getting started
Where can my data go?
Into an OfferDesk workspace, with forms rewired and automations rebuilt, or into clean CSV files, one per type of record, for any CRM you choose. The price is the same either way.
Which systems can you move me off?
Podio, GoHighLevel, and any dialer that exports its call history as a CSV with a date, a phone number, and a duration or a direction.
Can I check my data before I book?
Yes. The free export check counts your records, shows your fixed price and points out rows worth cleaning up. It runs in your browser and uploads nothing.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. You can check your export, see your price and pay the deposit on your own. If you would like to talk first, you can book a free 15-minute intro.
Pricing and payment
How is the price set?
By your record count, where a record is a lead, contact or deal. Starter is $497 up to 2,500 records, Team is $997 up to 10,000 records, Operation is $1,997 up to 50,000 records. Above that you get a written quote by email.
What do notes, tasks and call history cost?
Nothing extra. They come along with the records they belong to.
How do I pay?
Half the price books your week. The other half is due at handover, after you have received your reconciliation report.
What if I change my mind?
If you decide not to go ahead after the dry run and before we write any records, we refund the deposit minus the work already done, which we tell you in writing first.
What costs extra?
Forms, webhooks or automations beyond the included 10 each are $49 per item, agreed before we do them. Moving your phone numbers is a $199 add-on plus carrier fees at cost.
How a move works
How long does a move take?
One week as standard, or 48 hours on rush. The clock starts once the deposit is paid and we have working access.
Will my team lose a day of work?
No. You keep working in your old system until the new one is loaded, checked and approved by you. The switch happens at handover.
What is the dry run?
Before anything is written, you see how your stages, owners and fields will map, and every record that will not move, with its reason. Nothing moves until you approve it.
How do I know nothing was lost?
Every move ends with a reconciliation report: each object counted before and after, and a named reason for every difference, such as a test record you asked us to leave out.
Can you move my phone numbers?
Yes, as an add-on. Calls keep working the whole time. Texting needs a new carrier registration first, which can take a few weeks, and we handle the paperwork.
Your data and access
Do you need my password?
Never. You invite our mover account into Podio, or create a read-only key in GoHighLevel that you can switch off at any moment.
How is my key kept safe?
It is locked in your own browser before it is sent, opened only by our mover, and destroyed at handover, with the time printed in your report.
What happens to my data afterwards?
We delete every copy at handover and list each deletion in your report. If a move stops for any reason, everything is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Do you use my data for anything else?
No. We never sell it, share it, or use it to contact your leads.
