How it runs
- Book. Tell us what you are moving and pay half to book your week.
- Hand us access you control. Invite our mover account into Podio, or drop a read-only GoHighLevel key into our sealed drop box. Never a password.
- Approve the dry run. See how your stages, owners and fields will land in OfferDesk, and anything that will not move, with its reason.
- The move. Your history lands in your OfferDesk workspace, forms are rewired and automations rebuilt.
- Read your report. Every object counted before and after, every difference named. We delete our copies and print the time of each deletion in the report.
Questions
Do I have to stop using Podio or GoHighLevel during the move?
No. You keep working in your old system until your OfferDesk workspace is loaded, checked and approved by you. The switch happens at handover.
My leads are in a spreadsheet. Can you move that?
Moving Day moves from Podio, GoHighLevel and dialer call-history exports. Tell us what you have in the form and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit before you pay anything.
What if my move is bigger than Starter?
The price is set by your record count. Starter covers up to 2,500 leads, contacts and deals; Team covers up to 10,000 for $997. The free export check shows yours.
